International Sales Manager Eastern Europe (m/f/d)
Your tasks
1. Overall responsibility for sales and sales development in the sales region in the defined sales region with a focus on sustainable growth and market share expansion
2. Development and implementation of regional sales strategies to open up new markets and business areas
3. Identifying and acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and developing long-term business relationships with fire services, authorities and partners
4. Analysing market trends, competitive activities and customer needs for strategic positioning
5. Managing the entire sales process from acquisition to offer and contract negotiations through to successful conclusion
6. Representation of the company at international trade fairs, events and customer meetings
7. Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as product management, marketing, production and service to optimise customer support
Your Profile
8. Degree in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a comparable qualification
9. Several years of experience in international sales, ideally in the firefighting, automotive, or special vehicle industry
10. Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative firefighting and rescue technology as well as complex technical solutions
11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in an international environment
12. Business-fluent English and proficiency in at least one Eastern European language (such as Russian, Czech, Polish, etc.) are essential for effective communication in our target markets.
13. Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style with a high level of initiative
14. High level of intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally for customer visits and trade fairs
