Clinical Operations Lead
Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinical Operations Lead to join our dynamic clinical operations team. This strategic role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives in a leadership capacity, driving excellence across clinical trials, and managing client relationships. As the Clinical Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operational aspects of clinical studies, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards, all while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Oversight: Lead the operational execution of multiple clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards across all phases of the project lifecycle
* Team & Resource Management: Support Project Managers and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Client Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for key sponsor accounts, maintaining proactive communication and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction
* Operational Strategy: Drive the development and continuous improvement of internal processes, SOPs, and operational tools to streamline efficiency and maximize performance
* Risk & Quality Management: Identify and address operational risks, ensuring that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP, local regulatory requirements and quality requitements
* Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics for clinical operations; lead problem-solving initiatives when performance gaps are identified
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in clinical trial operations, ideally within a CRO or sponsor environment
* Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, EU regulatory frameworks, and clinical trial best practice, MDR/IVDR welcomend
Leadership & Communication
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Proficient in verbal and written
communication skills in English
