Job Title: Senior Paid Social Manager (all genders)

About the Role
On behalf of a leading international media agency, we are looking for three Senior Paid Social Managers to join their growing Paid Social / Performance Media team. The successful candidates will take ownership of campaigns for a flagship luxury brand and manage performance across major social platforms.
This role is ideal for professionals who are hands-on, curious, and eager to drive innovation in paid social. You will collaborate closely with client teams, contribute to strategic discussions, and play an important role in scaling a high-visibility account.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest Business Managers
Align campaign goals and performance with internal client teams and management
Report on results and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization
Keep up with the latest digital and platform trends, testing new features proactively
Candidate Requirements
Must-haves:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social campaign management
Solid expertise with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
Professional fluency in English
Ability to work on-site in Düsseldorf or Frankfurt ~50%
Nice-to-haves:
German language skills
Familiarity with additional social platforms or ad tech
