The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.
How you will CELLebrate
* Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Director of General Procurement, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics for meetings and events
* Take minutes during meetings, accurately capturing discussions, decisions, and action items
* Follow-up on action items, support coordinating activities of sub-department heads
* Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and presentations, especially Board presentations
* Conduct research and gather information on various topics, such as Procurement KPIs, statistics, etc.
* Serve as a liaison between the Director of General Procurement and other departments within the organization, facilitating communication and coordination of initiatives
* Maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times
* Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal communications, including announcements, memos, and correspondence
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of General Procurement
What you need for our CELLebration
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
* Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably supporting senior-level executives or board members
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in drafting meeting minutes and preparing documentation
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
* Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
