Tasks
As a WORKING STUDENT, I am a key player in supporting the CoP Content team to process and facilitate requests for the various tenants of the Lufthansa Group. In line with our mission to deliver consistent, high-quality content across web, app, and notifications for all Lufthansa Group tenants.
I support the team in organizing, structuring, sorting, documenting, reporting, and maintaining content on the LHG communication channels.
1. Tasks Management – Monitor, organize, allocate and respond to incoming requests and queries coming via emails or via ticket portal in a timely and professional manner.
2. Internal Communication – Organize and structure the Content Team’s internal communication environments (e.g. OneNote, Miro, etc.): Organize notes, meeting minutes and agendas, streamline information, and suggest improvements
3. Organize Digital Assets – Review, sort and archive digital assets to improve structure and accessibility within our Content Management System
4. CMS maintenance – support the team in small editorial tasks
5. Internal Documentation and Reporting

Requirements
6. You are enrolled in a Bachelor or master's program preferably in Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
7. You have a first experience using a Content Management Systems (CMS) (highly desirable)
8. You bring strong organizational and communication skills
9. You are eager to learn, proactive and detail-oriented with a hands-on mentality ("doer" mindset)
10. You are comfortable working independently as well as in a team
11. You are eager to work in an international environment
12. You bring a good command of English (spoken and written)
