You can look forward to
* Drafting international employment and secondment contracts, including for our top management abroad
* Examining and safeguarding local legal requirements of the insurance authorities/regulators for our compensation schemes
* Formulation of policies (e.g. on the topic of global compensation)
* Supporting the Group companies with cross-location HR, compliance and regulatory issues
You come equipped with
* University degree: law degree like Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Master of Laws (LL.M) with a focus on business or employment law or any other comparable qualification
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in labour law, ideally in an international context – for example, as Labour Law/Employment Law Counsel, HR Business Partner, or in the field of Global Mobility
* Experience in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines
* Business fluent in English and German, as well as strong communication skills
* An eye for detail, an international mindset, humour and curiosity
