About the Role

Top Responsibilities
1. Lead and own the Amazon 1P relationship in Germany, driving joint business plans, growth initiatives and marketplace investment.
2. Take full P&L accountability for the 1P Marketplace sub-channel in Germany, including forecasting, commercial planning, reporting, and management of the financial plan.
3. Build and lead collaborative plans with Sales, Customer Marketing and RGM squads to unlock incremental revenue, return on investment and cultural transformation.
4. Turn data into growth: analyze important metrics, spot trends and improve conversion performance across the marketplace.
5. Test, learn and scale bold digital marketing and advertising activations that grow traffic, conversion and brand love.
6. Act as an internal e-commerce champion, inspiring cross-functional partners and driving simplicity and impact.
About You
7. Proven Amazon sales ownership as a Key Account Manager (1P customer or KAM role)
8. Commercial operator skilled in JBP negotiation, forecasting and budget ownership
9. Analytical mindset, confident turning KPIs into growth and conversion wins
10. Creative at activating premium brands in digital retail
11. Strong communicator who aligns cross functional partners behind shared goals
12. Delivers results with pace, comfortable in matrix environments
13. Great teammate who builds strong networks and navigates ambiguity with confidence
14. Fluent in English
