In this role
* Tracking the production schedule for multiple client memoranda to identify and resolve potential timing conflicts.
* Conducting primary research to verify the accuracy of facts, dates, and figures cited in our advisory documents.
* Formatting complex data sets into simple, clear tables that fit the structure of a written report.
* Managing the firm internal digital archive to make sure that past research and precedents are easily accessible.
* Proofreading early drafts of memoranda to find logical inconsistencies or errors in the internal narrative.
* Taking precise, objective notes during remote interviews with client stakeholders and summarizing the key points.
* Assisting with the final preparation and secure digital delivery of signed documents to board members.
What success looks like
Success in this position is defined by the absence of errors in our finished work. You will have succeeded when a senior advisor can rely entirely on the data and research summaries you provide without needing to double check the primary sources themselves. Within your first few months, you should be able to manage the administrative flow of a client engagement from start to finish, allowing the consulting team to focus entirely on their analytical work. Your contribution ensures that the firm remains a quiet, reliable partner for leaders navigating difficult transitions.
