Join P&G as a Working Student and help bring the GIC vision to life through a comprehensive Toolkit & Communication in a hands-on, digital and well-designed way.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity to gain practical experience while working up to 20 hours/week, allowing you to balance your studies with hands-on projects in a multinational company.
Key responsibilities include:
1. GIC Equity Execution: Lead physical and visual branding within the building, ensuring a consistent look and feel. Capture and share stories for the GIC 20.25 drumbeat in newsletters and on screens. Manage merchandise shop, including items like buttons, bags, and cups. Develop the “GIC heart” and story, using photos and storytelling formats. Coordinate storytelling using templates and potential collaboration with DACH communications.
2. Develop an integrated toolkit based on vision, logo and visual identity: Create templates for PowerPoint, Word, and screens. Create backgrounds for Teams, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Update the GIC fact book with the new visual identity. Develop Thank You cards and coffee vouchers.
3. GIC Communication Management: Weekly updates of the GIC screens and homepage highlighting current trends. Plan and execute the GIC Newsletter, including SharePoint

Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
7. Enrolled at a German University pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing or related fields.
8. Proven following skills are a must:
Brand building, Communication skills (Marketing degree)
Passion of hands-on, collaborating in teams & digitally savvy
9. Optional skills that are welcome:
Photography and Video including Editing
Graphical/Digital Design, Workplace Design (master tools as Illustrator)
Applying Designs to Digital Platforms e.g. Microsoft Suite and other Landing Zones
Storytelling
10. Living within commuting distance to Schwalbach am Taunus or Kronberg. It is an expectation to be physically present and work from our offices at least 3 days a week.
11. Proficiency in English (please check your language requirements).
12. Team-oriented with a “can-do” attitude and a commitment to delivering with excellence and innovative results.
