The IT Specialist I is responsible for providing exceptional end user support to the highest level and standards to the business.
Performs voice over internet protocol, and network software configuration, desktop engineering including, Windows OS, Mac OS, etc
Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint
Collaborate with the IT Site Service Team and Global Tech
Makes recommendations for the continuous improvement of IT processes and systems for the betterment of the user experience / elimination of core issues
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the laboratory according to company standards.
Bachelor or vocational training in IT
English (Fluent) and German (Fluent).
