Your Role - meaningful & rewarding You join the product team that is responsible for the operation of the Central Video Platform and Microsoft Teams at E.ON, collaborating with technical teams and suppliers to ensure stability and performance of our offerings You continuously assess and improve the end user experience of our platforms in collaboration with the stakeholders and given demands You support developing and implementing strategies to proactively support end users and minimize reactive support needs by analyzing usage data or feedback and translating insights into actionable improvements You identify business demands as well as optimization potentials contributing to building product roadmaps based on value-driven prioritization in close alignment with the product owner You stay informed about updates and innovations in video technologies and digital collaboration, evaluating their relevance and potential impact on the platform You advise business users on platform processes, usage best practices, and upcoming changes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption You maintain comprehensive platform documentation, including integrations with other systems and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning You are able to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for diverse stakeholders Your Profile - authentic & open-minded Highly service-oriented and agile Dev-Ops mindset with profound expertise in digital asset management (DAM) principles and video content lifecycle Deep understanding of Video Backend and Tooling (preferably Bynder and Vimeo), including capabilities, workflows, and API-based integrations for managing and distributing video content Strong hands-on experience in platform operations, including IT processes around incident resolution, change management and continuous improvement Solid understanding of cloud hosting environments, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS as well as experience with identity and access management (e.g., Entra ID), networking, and hybrid cloud configurations Experience in coordinating external vendors, managing SLAs, aligning feature roadmaps and effectively communicating platform updates, changes, and improvements to internal business stakeholders Knowledge of enterprise-level security, compliance, and governance practices collaborating with IT security, data privacy, workers council and regulatory compliance teams Strong English skills verbally and in written communication; German is a plus Our Benefits – smart & useful Enjoy flexibility : You can combine coming to the office and working from home flexibly.
