Description The ADI Centre of Excellence is responsible for the technical support of our customers, providing pre and post-sales support for over 300 products from 15 to 20 different manufacturers, covering all aspects of fire and security technology. We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to provide the desired level of customer service. Our aim is to provide a successful service that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. We now have an opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team based from our office in Düsseldorf and will provide fast problem resolution to our customers in Germany. JOB DUTIES: Liaise with the internal technical team in supporting customers and sales. Work closely with field sales and key accounts to provide customers with the appropriate CCTV, IP video and access control technical services Project and system design After-sales technical support Diagnosis of faults or technical problems and search for suitable solutions Preparation of service reports and process documentation Understanding customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations YOU MUST HAVE: Previous experience in the electronics industry, ideally within one or more of the following areas: CCTV, IP video, access control, Fire or related technologies.
