You’ll support our Marketing team by creating consistent, high-quality designs across digital and print channels, working closely with different teams at ToolTime. You’re a design student confident in Figma and Adobe, with a strong eye for detail, branding, and user-focused design. Your responsibilities You’ll join our Marketing team and help bring ideas to life through standout designs for digital and print. You’ll design across all our channels — from web and email to social, print, merch, and internal comms. You’ll collaborate with different teams at ToolTime and support product-related content alongside marketing campaigns. You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and love keeping things consistent — you’ll work confidently within our brand guidelines and help us evolve them over time. Your profile You’re currently studying Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field, and will stay enrolled at your university for at least another 6 months. You feel confident in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop and Illustrator). You have a solid understanding of design basics like typography, color, and layout. You have a portfolio site or presentation deck and can talk through some examples of your best work — university projects are more than welcome. You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating, and can work independently when needed. You’re organised and able to juggle a few tasks without losing track. You’re curious about our customers and motivated to create designs that truly resonate with them. You’re fluent in English (German is a plus!). You’ll meet David, our Senior Graphic Designer, and if everything feels like a good fit, you’ll get an offer from us relatively quickly.
