Your Mission
* Data entry: You will be responsible for entering complaint data into our complaint management system.
* Information gathering: During initial contact, you will ensure that quality screening questions are asked and as much relevant information as possible is recorded.
* Complaint review: You will check new complaints received via web/mobile apps or other channels for completeness and take care of communication in the event of missing information – including all administrative tasks.
* Feedback coordination: You will be actively involved in coordinating customer feedback and responding to feedback within your area of responsibility.
* Team support: Among other things, you will support managers (m/f/d) in gathering information about complaints and take on additional administrative tasks.
* Collaboration: Together with colleagues (m/f/d) from your area of activity, you will ensure that complaints are created and supplemented with relevant information.
Your Talents
* Completed technical, commercial or medical vocational training or equivalent
* Initial professional experience in this or a comparable position
* Good SAP user skills
* Service and customer orientation as well as an independent way of working
* Ability to adapt to different situations and personalities
* Business fluent English skills, German skills an advantage
