Qualifications: Procurement Expertise: 5 years in purchasing for construction services or facility management services, ideally within international corporate environments. Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Proven success in complex procurement projects, with strong knowledge of contract law and construction standards (e.g. VOB/BGB/HOAI). Negotiation & Influence: Confident communicator with a persuasive presence in high-stakes negotiations across national and international service providers. Collaborative Mindset: Trusted partner to cross-functional teams, with a solution-oriented approach and strong stakeholder engagement. Tech Fluency: Skilled in SAP MM and MS Office, with a data-driven approach to procurement decisions.
