Your tasks: Lead a strategic business unit, fully responsible for budget, growth, and team management. Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier international clients, driving both strategic development and operational excellence. Identify new opportunities, participate in and lead pitches, and take responsibility for onboarding and expanding new client accounts. Combine strategic thinking, technology, and creativity to deliver exceptional digital products alongside interdisciplinary teams. Contribute directly to building and scaling SourcePal, Cocomore's latest startup. Work closely with the leadership team to shape company-wide strategy and growth initiatives. Your profile: Proven success in consulting, digital innovation, business development, or related fields. A track record of leading and growing client relationships at senior levels. Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building, shaping, and scaling new ventures. Excellent strategic thinking, combined with hands-on execution. Fluent communication in German and English.
