Purpose & Mission: As part of the Office of the Chief Security Officer (CSO), we support security leadership across the company and ensure seamless integration of security processes. This position is crucial for assessing potential acquisitions and enabling newly acquired companies to quickly adopt SAP's security standards and procedures, fostering a unified security posture across the organization.
What You'll Do:
* Assess the security posture of potential targets and new acquisitions.
* Design, implement and operate a standardized procedure for M&A Security Due Diligence and Post Merger Integrations, aligned with SAPs security best practices.
* Work closely with the target companies‘ security teams to define comprehensive uplift and integration roadmaps for the corresponding domains.
* Lead and support the hands-on execution of the integration activities to ensure a smooth and efficient uplift of security capabilities and processes.
