We are looking for a Talent Advisor (full-time, permanent, starting immediately) for our internal team with a long-term perspective.
Location: Remote – in Munich, Hamburg and the surrounding areas.

Your future tasks:
* Recruitment Coordination: Coordinating the recruitment process for interns and early careers candidates for our clients.
* Process Management: Driving the recruitment process for interns and early careers candidates.
* Collaboration: Working trustfully with various interfaces, e.g., hiring departments and HR Services, including contact with other business units and Randstad Group subsidiaries.
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring high-quality, timely staffing and a positive candidate experience.
* Consulting: Serving as the point of contact for all recruitment-related questions.
* Projects: Contributing to various projects.
Your profile:
* Background: We love diversity and look forward to meeting you, whether you have a university degree or completed vocational training.
* Experience: recruitment experience, good at managing processes and having an eye for detail.
* People Skills: You know how to handle people—your stakeholders are satisfied with your collaboration.
* Languages: Excellent German and good English skills will help you in our international organization.
* Attributes: A professional demeanor and team spirit.
* Mindset: You are proactive, not reactive. You have a proven ability to manage high workloads without losing quality and are comfortable driving processes.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites.
