WITTUR is looking forward to welcoming you as Senior Internal Auditor (f/m/d) What to Expect Our Internal Audit Function is an independent and objective function that helps WITTUR achieve its goals through impartial reviews and assessments. Plan and execute strategic audits across functions, processes, and geographies Independently deliver audit assignments with a strong focus on quality and efficiency — while identifying monetary potentials and contributing measurable value through positive impacts on P&L and Cash Flow Collaborate with business process owners to recommend optimal solutions that strengthen controls and improve efficiency Follow up on and close open management action plans from previous audits Support the Head of Internal Audit in planning and team coordination Drive digital innovation in audit execution (e.g., data analytics, RPA) Contribute to the digital transformation of the audit function Act as a role model for WITTUR’s values and uphold the highest ethical standards What We Expect Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering 6-8 years of experience in internal/external auditing, ideally with Big 4 background Strong analytical skills, initiative, and high ethical standards Comfortable working remotely in a global, multicultural team Excellent English skills; additional languages (Italian, Hungarian, Mandarin) are a plus Solid knowledge of IFRS, data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), and ERP systems (INFOR LN preferred) What You Can Expect from Us A global role in a dynamic and growing company Opportunity to shape the digital future of internal auditing Inspiration and individual support from the senior management team Collaborative environment with flat hierarchies and high autonomy Flexible work models and remote work options Attractive salary and relocation assistance for internationals Ready to take the next step in your career?
