Operate as a manufacturing all‑rounder, bridging detailed process design with factory‑level thinking to ensure coherent design and seamless integration into the manufacturing system at exceptional industrialization speed.
Closely collaborate with our product engineering teams to ensure early manufacturing readiness of designs and processes. Lead and work with international vendors and integrators to secure state-of-the-art equipment for production, supervision and testing.
A (senior) Manufacturing Engineer with first hand expertise and experience in manufacturing / assembly of composite parts.
Experienced working on complex, integrated manufacturing systems. Strong engineering fundamentals covering process design, line balancing, in-line quality assurance, interfaces, and tolerancing.
Pragmatic and delivery‑focused, able to make sound engineering trade‑offs without over‑engineering
Hands‑on by instinct, willing to support build, integration, and test when needed.
