Your missionAs our Sales & Business Development Manager for European Business Wallet (EBW), you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across Europe by driving sales initiatives, negotiating and closing commercial agreements, working on strategic partnerships, and shaping the future of trusted digital ecosystems - especially around EBW.Key Responsibilities:Drive targeted sales campaigns for relevant use cases of the EU Business Wallet, like KYC, KYS, AML, Compliance, Data Spaces, Agentic AI, etc.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of B2B opportunities directly and with our partner ECO-SystemLead the initiation and execution of commercial agreements with enterprise clients, consortia, and public institutions, and deliver on assigned sales quota.Work with strategic partners across industries in cooperation with our partner management to drive Spherity’s identity projectsCollaborate with product and tech teams to align market needs with product developmentMonitor trends in digital identity, SSI, and EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., eIDAS 2.0, EU Business Wallet)Monitor important customer projectsYour profileExperience: Proven sales & BD experience and track record with a minimum of 4 years in sales & business development in a software environment.Skills:Ability to build new relationships with potential clients using value-selling methodologiesDeal negotiation and closing experience in complex B2B, B2G environments.Strong understanding of digital identity, Web3, or enterprise SaaS is a strong plusExcellent communication and negotiation skills at C-levelsFamiliarity with EU digital policy frameworks, especially eIDAS, EU Business Wallet, AFP & AFITeam player with a high level of self-motivation and relentless focus on achieving sales targets.Familiarity with the requirements of a sales process, like CRM Hygiene, and regular reporting of sales resultsCan-do attitude in an agile international team.Proactive and results-oriented approach to workWorking experience partnering with Consulting Firms and System Integrators on common projectsStrategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and a passion for innovationAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Language: Fluent in German and English, any other EU languages are a plus.Location: Remote, based in Germany, is a strong plus.Why us?At Spherity GmbH, we don’t just innovate—we set the stage for tomorrow’s digital landscape.
