At Colt, we’re expanding our footprint across the DACH region and looking for a high-performing New Business Account Executive to drive growth and shape the future of enterprise connectivity.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated business development team that handles outreach and lead generation—freeing you to focus on what you do best: engaging senior decision-makers, building trust, and orchestrating high-impact solutions that deliver real business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
* Lead strategic sales engagements with large enterprise prospects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
* Reignite and grow underutilized or dormant accounts through tailored, consultative approaches.
* Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.).
* Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
* Drive solution-based sales across Colt’s portfolio, including networking, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
* Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales execution.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies.
What You Bring
* Recent and relevant success in new business development and enterprise solution sales.
* Experience selling into large German enterprises, ideally in telecom, IT services, or digital infrastructure.
* Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.
* A strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering customer outcomes.
* A self-starter attitude with a hunter mentality and a drive to win.
