* Professional qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
* Professional experience: Work experience in talent strategy, learning & development or HR technology
* Specific expertise: Familiarity with talent management software and platforms & Experience in working with various stakeholders
* What sets you apart: Strong analytical and relationship-management skills
* Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
