What this role is about
As Project Business Quality Senior Manager you hold end-to-end responsibility for quality performance across the full project lifecycle – from product and system design to installation, commissioning, and after-sales.
As a strategic leadership role, you ensure that customer expectations, compliance requirements, and business objectives are consistently met through strong quality standards, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
At the same time, you:

* position quality as a business enabler, not just a control function

* Setting the direction
Based on your experience in a project focus environment, you define quality standards, governance, and processes for the entire project lifecycle.
* Driving customer excellence
You take ownership of complaints, escalations, and COPQ – and turn issues into sustainable improvements.
* Connecting the ecosystem
You work closely with engineering, operations, partners, and customers to ensure quality in real project environments.
* Improving what matters
You lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement across regions and projects.
* Making quality visible
You establish KPIs, dashboards, and transparency for stakeholders up to top management.
What you bring to the table
You combine strategic thinking with operational credibility .
* Solid background in engineering or quality management in an international, large project-driven & industrial environments
* Strong expertise in certification, risk management, and quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, CE)
* Experience with COPQ, customer complaints, and field quality
* Confidence with methods like Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D
