3. Trade Investment Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG/retail trade investments and promotional mechanics.
4. Cross-functional Influence: Ability to work across teams and influence senior stakeholders.
5. Analytical Skills: Proactive problem solver with strong analytical and financial skills to assess promotional effectiveness.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to align teams on strategic priorities.
7. Category Experience: Key account category experience is desirable.

5. Collaborate with regional directors to establish long-term promotional PPA.
6. Oversee promotional investment governance and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
7. Drive the development of data-driven frameworks to measure trade promotion ROI and impact.
8. Integrate promotional investment strategies into target pricing in partnership with regional pricing directors.
