Tax Manager – German Border, Human-Sized Fiduciary
You are currently working as a Tax Manager or Assistant Manager and want to join a human-sized company offering career prospects ? This company offers accounting, tax, and legal services for a diversified client portfolio composed of SOPARFIs, Holdings (in Private Equity and Real Estate), securitization vehicles, and a few commercial companies.
The office is composed of several dozens of people working in separated and well-organized teams. A politic based on avoiding extra hours and transparent communication help this company to reduce the staff turn-over and to create significantly stable teams.
Your Responsibilities | Tax – Fiscality – Finance – Fiduciary – PFS
* You are in charge of a small team of tax officers, and you supervise them by preparing plannings, and distributing the work between them.
* You review and prepare VAT and tax returns for financial clients.
* You are also responsible for the contacts with clients and answering their questions, as well as offering them solutions and advice.
* You are involved in the recruitment of people to develop and put a team in place, composed of experts and experienced people.
Profile and Career Path | Service Provider – Tax Returns – Tax
* You are fluent in German and English : this is an absolute prerequisite for this position.
* You have more than 5 years of experience in tax within a fiduciary, a PFS, or a Big Four in Luxembourg.
* You ideally have experience in tax compliance and tax advisory, as well as experience in VAT. If not, you have at least developed skills in the preparation of VAT and tax returns.
* Cycle A and/or Cycle B are strong advantages. Any other certification in tax and finance is a plus.
* You already have experience in team management, and you are still involved in operational tasks and responsibilities.
