Your tasks Responsibility for cross-system development activities for the projects/products/offerings (mainly telecommunications satellite ground systems) Definition of the required work packages across all relevant disciplines for the development of the respective system. Derivation of a suitable system architecture and system design from the requirements Close collaboration with all disciplines of the projects Depending on the offer/project, technical leadership of a team of systems engineers. Creation of the design/interface/requirements documentation or provision of information for the creation and maintenance of the design/interface documentation. Definition and development of system tests for projects and offers, and support in their execution. Independent task planning, taking into account technological and economic aspects, as well as progress reporting in accordance with the project specifications. Supporting the project management team in work planning and reporting on project progress; defining, developing and maintaining processes, tools, facilities and technologies within the development teams. Support for the technological development of the SATCOM program Your qualifications Completed studies in engineering or comparable qualification Experience in deriving and describing system architectures Professional experience in the definition, development, and validation of satellite ground segments is advantageous. Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
