Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Contract Administrator to join our dynamic, international team.
This role is responsible for assisting clients with all requests related to their insurance contracts and providing support throughout the full insurance contract lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, ensuring high-quality administration of our contracts and contributing to continuous improvements in customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients with all contract-related matters throughout the full lifecycle (from policy issuance to termination).
* Ensure timely completion of tasks, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
* Maintain accurate records within our systems, including all communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Escalate complaints or call backs in a timely manner.
* Verify the accuracy and completeness of provided information and obtain additional information when necessary.
* Assess risks and determine premium loadings or exclusions in close collaboration with our Medical Department.
* Create new insurance policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to assess risks or gather required information.
Requirements:
* A strong client focus, motivation, and attention to detail.
* A team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Adaptability to an international, fast-moving environment.
* Comfortable using IT systems and standard MS Office tools.
* Previous experience in insurance, healthcare, or customer service is a strong asset.
* Fluency in English and German (French or other languages are an advantage).
