Our global service line (GSL) provides project and RUN services to Allianz entities. As an inhouse consulting team, we proactively advise our clients (entities) on strategic developments, leverage our internal knowledge of the organization and implement innovative solutions in the area of safeguarding. Our team focusses on projects and engagements in the domains of (1) operational risk management with focus on Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) and (2) resilience, which covers topics as Business Continuity Management, Incident Coordination, IT Service Continuity Management and others. Department Description & Job Purpose
Our consulting services focus on our clients' needs, especially in the areas of Operational Resilience and Risk Management as well as related topics. We bring deep, industry and functional expertise to fulfill our clients' requirements and support the overall vision of the Allianz Group.
Key responsibilities
• You will have the opportunity to work along our colleagues in consulting and services engagements
• You will support in preparing customer presentations, pitches, and product development
• You will be engaged in the internal support of our projects
• You will conduct analysis and prepare presentations for the management
• You will be engaged in preparing and following-up of team meetings, events, and workshops
• You will conduct administrative tasks, e.g. scheduling and writing minutes of meetings
Key requirements
• You have strong interest & willingness to work on Operational Resilience and/or Risk topics
• You are interested in analyzing threat landscapes and plan risk mitigation. You are keen to research about risks including global political developments, (cyber) security trends, and threats concerning corporate organizations and business operations
• You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• You are fluent in written and spoken English. German and/or other languages are a plus
• You have a strong attention to detail along with analytical & solution-oriented mindset
• Experience or understanding of Operational Resilience or Risk topics are desirable
• Enrollment in a University, or (for an internship) in a gap year
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week) capacity
