To support our continued growth, we are looking for a hands-on Vice President (m/f/d) to join our Frankfurt team, someone who leads deals and rolls up the sleeves in equal measure.
Your Tasks Own and drive sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions from kick-off to signing including hands-on execution Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, investors, and advisors with the credibility to manage senior relationships and the willingness to handle the details yourself Manage and structure project workstreams across the full deal lifecycle Prepare and review marketing materials, financial analyses, and transaction documentation Deep dive into financial models, run valuation analyses, and produce company assessments directly Coordinate due diligence processes and manage counterparty interactions end to end Support negotiations and transaction structuring together with senior leadership Support and develop Analysts and Associates while remaining willing to take on analytical and operational tasks yourself when the situation demands it Contribute to origination efforts, including preparation of pitches and development of client relationships
What You Bring 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or private equity A genuine hands-on mentality: you are comfortable doing the work yourself: a model, a teaser, a process letter and do not consider any task below your level Excellent financial modelling, valuation, analytical skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead junior team members while staying close enough to the work to jump in where needed Strong client communication and presentation skills High degree of personal ownership: you take responsibility for quality and outcomes, not just tasks Entrepreneurial mindset and strong attention to detail. You thrive in an environment where role boundaries are deliberately broad Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
