Your benefits Work-life balance with a 35-hour week (flexitime) International environment with the opportunity to network globally Work with modern/diversified technologies At Airbus, we see you as a valuable team member and you are not hired to brew coffee, instead you are in close contact with the interfaces and are part of our weekly team meetings Opportunity to participate in the Generation Airbus Community to expand your own network Your tasks and responsibilities HR Operational: Assist and support in planning, organizing, communicating and implementing the HR campaigns (Perf &Goals, Team Reviews, Salary campaigns,TLB Campaigns, Tzug, 40hr renewal campaigns) Support key HR processes such as annual reviews, succession planning, and headcount reporting and manage the administrative implementation of personnel processes ( e.g. in case of employment contracts, time management, job requirements, staffing) Processing of information in the personnel systems and creation of analyzes and reports including Data maintenance Cooperation with other HRBPs when applicable as well as other HR departments (payroll, experts) in the company Support in the continuous development and digitization of internal HR processes Participation in project-related topics for HR4HRand the Digital Transformation Assist in the coordination and delivery of talent development programs (e.g.,leadership development, upskilling sessions and Visibility events) including support logistics for training events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and feedback collection Support the coordination of HR workshops, meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items as well as Newcomers video and HR Newsletter Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events HR Transformation & Digital Support: Contribute to business improvement by supporting the continuous development, digitization, and enhancement of internal HR processes Assist in animating actions related to the transformation of the HR community, including facilitating sounding boards, preparing events, and contributing to strategic projects Drive the adoption of digital tools like Gemini for Workspace within the HR community by identifying key use cases, sharing best practices, and animating the user community Coordinate and support talent development programs such as leadership development and employee upskilling sessions Help organize HR workshops and meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items Contribute to community engagement initiatives like the HR Newsletter and the Newcomers video Desired skills and qualifications Completed vocational training with a focus or additional training in the field of human resources First practical experience in an operative HR environment Technical Skills: Proficient in dealing with IT tools (Google Workspace, SAP, Workday, or other HR systems) Strong user of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) Soft Skills: Very good communication skills (both written and verbal) and enjoys working in a team Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude Possesses integrity, a high level of responsibility, curiosity, and openness to change processes Languages: Fluency in English is essential, German language skill is a plus Not a 100% match?
