Your key responsibilities
6. Create global sales campaigns: Design, roll-out, and optimization of global sales campaigns (incl. MIS, leakages, etc.)
7. Strategic sales steering: Strategic development of new opportunities in overall sales steering
8. Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder management for Cash Management (CM)
9. Process- and risk optimization incl. application development: Manage projects to reduce operational risks through process improvements, incl. IT adjustments and UATs/pilots with Product Management & TDI
10. Knowledge transfer and support: Ongoing support, guidance, and knowledge transfer to Sales, Coverage, new staff, and interns
Your skills and experiences
11. Completed bank training or university degree with strong results
12. Professional fluency in German and English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills with discretion on sensitive topics and a professional presence at all levels, international experience and cultural competence are welcome
13. At least two years’ experience in the financial sector, ideally in a dynamic, results-driven environment
14. Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking (CB) and experience in campaign and/or project management
15. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; SharePoint, Copilot, and dbLumina skills are an advantage
16. Initiative and strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and resilience under pressure
