* Take ownership of managing the relationships with our partners, overseeing long-term relationships, ensuring quality control, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
* Negotiate commercial contracts, SLAs, and manage ongoing partner performance to maximize business outcomes.
* Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics, both commercial and service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance profitability.
* Regularly review commercial performance and work closely with stakeholders to refine commercial and marketing strategies and achieve key business objectives to enhance profitability and market share.
* Explore new business opportunities
* Develop and execute a partner steering framework to ensure service quality and operational excellence.
* Regularly analyze customer feedback and performance data to make data-driven improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
* Proven experience in managing long term partnerships or commercial operations in the travel, airline, or e-commerce industries.
* Strong understanding of dynamic packaging, online travel agencies, and integration with tour operators, especially in the DACH market.
* Expertise in commercial contract negotiation and partnership management.
* Good understanding of technical integrations between complex systems, including booking systems, CRM, and API integrations.
* Experience in post-implementation management, focussing on partner relations, service quality, and performance enhancement.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically.
* Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent verbal and written English skills; German and/or Turkish is a plus.
