You will be responsible for managing the content of our European online shops. Working closely with the e-commerce and marketing departments, you will ensure the optimal presentation, positioning, and placement of our products in our online shop and on the relevant marketplaces in Germany and abroad. Responsibilities Supporting and further developing our online shop Maintaining and optimizing product data, categories, and content Analyzing and optimizing conversion rates and the customer journey Maintaining and optimizing SEO-relevant shop content based on internal and external recommendations for action Monitoring relevant KPIs and reporting to the E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager Planning and implementing campaigns, actions, and promotions Supporting the technical development of the shop system Supporting CRM & loyalty issues Education & Experience 2 years of experience in e-commerce In-depth knowledge of shop systems, ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Content stack Structured, goal-oriented, and independent way of working Basic knowledge of HTML, SEO/SEA, and conversion optimization Team player in an international, diverse environment Very good German and English skills; other languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are an advantage Benefits and other perks Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Discounts on Products Bonus Eligibility Horizon Hobby is a progressive, innovative company and, as such, is constantly reevaluating and reinventing the processes and procedures associated with each job.
