What your new challenge will look like
As a Senior Agile Coach (d/f/m) within 4flow software you will be part of an experienced and closely collaborating agile coaching team. We are highly autonomous drivers of agile change throughout the organization, with both operational and strategic responsibilities, spanning from team coaching to companywideinitiatives concerning the agile mindset and practices.
In this teamyou will:
1. Supportall levels of theorganization in adopting the agile mindset and practices and delivering value through their products.
2. Plan, facilitate, and moderate team meetings and workshops on demand.
3. Drive collaboration and continuousimprovement.
4. Motivate and empower the team to improve the work quality.
5. Create transparency within the organization through metrics and giving constant feedback.
Why you belong at 4flow
To be successful in this role, we believe you should bring at least 10+ years of dedicated experience in an agile related role to 4flow. In addition, the following are important to us:
6. A lean-agile mindset, critical thinking, and strong empathy for people
7. Sound knowledge and experience with various agile approaches

9. Knowledge in organizational development
10. Comfortable and efficient working in an almost exclusively remote environment
11. Very good English skills to communicate confidently with our international colleagues. German skills are not required.

We have offices throughout Germany, France, Spain, Hungary and more, which gives you the flexibility to work from home or to meet other 4flowers on the days that home starts feeling too small. That said, our home base is in Berlin, so please anticipate spending on average 2 days per month meeting your teams and other key stakeholders in the Berlin office and enjoying the opportunity to do a live workshop or retro. But don’t worry, any travel is only on demand, and in a flexible way.
