Job Description
* Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS updates, and documentation.
* Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
* Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
* Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Coordinate training and development initiatives, including tracking attendance and evaluating outcomes.
* Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
* Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
* Participate in employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar.
* Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Language skills: German (native), English (fluent).
