Business Development Manager | Frankfurt, Germany | Full Time | €45,000 – €65,000 per annum Our client is a leading UK-based supplier of Anti-Vibration Mountings and Rubber Engineering Components. Due to their continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team in a full-time, permanent role. Please note- standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, but flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the role. Are you the right person for the job? At least 2 years’ industry experience in either the Anti-Vibration or Rubber Industry A full driving licence Strong negotiation skills Confident using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Familiarity with measurement equipment (e.g., verniers) — training can be provided Ability to carry out both technical and commercial discussions Enthusiastic and driven, with a strong desire to generate sales Confident, personable, and able to work under pressure Self-motivated and capable of working independently Able to represent the company in a professional manner Excellent communication skills Good business acumen What will your role look like? Prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business sales Arranging and conducting customer visits Organising your own diary and managing your time effectively Representing the company professionally during meetings and presentations Regular overnight stays (including occasional visits to the UK head office) Participating in exhibitions where applicable Reporting to and receiving direction from the Sales Director What can you expect in return?
