Your tasks
7. Recording and detailed analysis of customer/supplier complaints to identify the cause of the problem
8. Development and implementation of solution strategies
9. Careful documentation of all complaints and measures taken
10. Managing and processing legal documents and corresponding correspondence, e.g. legal letters
11. Working with internal and external parties to resolve legal disputes efficiently
12. Managing and processing applications and letters from the arbitration board
13. Coordination with the parties involved to find an amicable solution
14. Preparing reports and documentation on the progress and outcomes of arbitration proceedings
15. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and BNetzA specifications
16. Professionally processing and responding to inquiries and letters from the BNetzA
Your profile
17. Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience
18. Several years of experience in complaint management or in a similar position
19. Sound knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements, in particular in the area of the BNetzA, as well as the GPKE and GeLi Gas
20. Experience in dealing with customer and supplier complaints and in processing legal letters and regulatory inquiries
21. Confident handling of SAP system, MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
22. Strong analytical skills
23. Strong organizational skills, high customer focus and service orientation
24. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
25. Working time model: 38 hours/week
