Letu2019s talk about the role We are looking for a hands-on and impactful Visual Merchandiser to drive execution across the GAS region for Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport, Kipling). In this role, you will ensure strong and consistent brand presentation across all distribution channels by delivering high-quality visual merchandising execution and enhancing the overall consumer experience. You will be responsible for translating global guidelines into effective local execution, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and DTC teams to elevate in-store performance and strengthen brand identity. The role involves up to 70% travel across the GAS region and occasionally to other EMEA locations for business meetings. How You Will Make a Difference You will achieve this by: Drive best-in-class VM execution across the GAS region, ensuring consistency and strong in-store impact Lead the rollout of window displays, pop-ups, product launches, and in-store activations, coordinating timelines and ensuring flawless implementation Conduct regular store visits and VM audits, identifying improvement areas and taking immediate corrective actions Partner closely with Sales and Retail teams to optimize product presentation and support commercial performance Coach and train store teams on VM standards and best practices, building strong ownership at store level Support store openings, relocations, and refits, ensuring operational excellence and brand alignment Skills for Success You are a pragmatic and execution-driven Visual Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-market environment. You bring: Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment Strong ability to execute VM strategies hands-on and manage priorities across multiple locations Confidence in working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders Solid understanding of retail dynamics and consumer experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality in-store execution Effective communication and coaching skills to support and develop store teams High level of adaptability, ownership, and problem-solving Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% across the GAS region and occasionally to other EMEA locations for business meetings. A diploma or professional training in Visual Merchandising or a related field is considered a plus; however, we value practical experience and execution capability above formal education.
