Technologically, we are today, 120 years after Daimler invented the first truck, at the beginning of a new, digital era. Data fundamentally changes our products and business processes. We establish different technologies in the company to drive the global Daimler Trucks Finance Function digital transformation. WHAT WE OFFER YOU An exciting and varied role in a dynamic environment The opportunity to independently contribute to projects and bring in your ideas Attractive compensation and flexible working hours Insights into the working world of a leading company in the commercial vehicle industry Participation in and contribution to exciting exchange and networking events within the cross-location Students @ Daimler Truck network Responsibilities WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting and visualisation needs, helping to develop innovative solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Platform Assist in running process optimisation workshops, where you'll help identify opportunities to automate and visualise time-consuming workflows, processes, and management reports, with the goal of improving overall efficiency Support the development of concepts for integrating Microsoft Power Platform and other technologies into Finance Trucks’ systems and processes Help create implementation strategies, operating models, and training materials that empower internal teams to execute automation workflows independently Explore the tech market for emerging tools and technologies, and assist in evaluating how they can be integrated into Finance Trucks’ system landscape for enhanced visualisation and automation Qualifications THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH Studying Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science or related field A genuine interest in digital transformation and data analytics Familiarity with Power BI and the Microsoft Office Suite is a plus Interest in Finance and Controlling Passion for utilising analytics tools to solve problems and deliver insights An eagerness to learn, collaborate, and bring innovative ideas to the table Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Fluency in Business English You don’t bring everything with you?
