Fluke Product team is seeking a Program Manager to drive business growth executing new product development and sustaining efforts on time and on budget. Reporting to the Manager of the Program Management Office (PMO), the Program Manager will own process discipline, leading a crossfunctional geographically dispersed team, documentation and tracking of all programs including tollgate process compliance, regular cadence of meetings and reviews, reporting, program metrics, counter measures, and overall performance. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field desired preferred; Experience developing system level products, which include hardware, firmware and software in a fully integrated system.
Demonstrated experience in leading aggressive and results-driven brand management and product planning strategies utilizing VOC to identify growth opportunities for the company.
Demonstrated experience managing ISO-9000 compliant projects (or equivalent)
Basic understanding of hardware and software development processes, electronics manufacturing, and materials procurement
Proven experience in risk management and change management
