Tasks:
* Handling day-to-day admin and secretarial support (meetings, expenses, correspondence)
* Taking the lead on document control between internal teams and external partners
* Keeping project docs, drawings, and punch lists up to date and organised
* Managing training compliance tracking and reporting dashboards
* Supporting team communication and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
* Taking minutes, following up on actions, and helping things stay on track
Experience Needed:
* Strong admin or document control experience (especially on big projects)
* Confident with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
* Familiar with document management tools (like Aconex, Documentum, etc.)
* Great communicator, super organised, and self-motivated
* Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive info
* Bonus if you’ve worked in pharma or on CAPEX projects before
