The Recipe for Success: We are seeking a dynamic Regional HR Director to lead our Human Resources function across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland. Based in Kirchheim unter Teck (Germany), you will serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, ensuring that our people strategy supports our growth, culture, and long-term success. You will report directly to the CHRO, based in Switzerland. What’s on your Daily Menu? Act as a trusted HR Partner to the leadership team, supporting managers on people, culture, and organizational topics. Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace well-being. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team in the region, fostering collaboration with global colleagues. Drive recruitment processes and ensure a best-in-class candidate and onboarding experience. Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on performance, leadership, and team development. Promote a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Le Creuset’s values. What’s on your Seasonal Menu: Develop and execute the regional HR strategy in alignment with global objectives. Lead annual performance management and talent review cycles. Oversee yearly compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. Organize learning & development initiatives, leadership programs, and succession planning workshops. Design and roll out regional projects (e.g., diversity & inclusion initiatives, change management programs). The Perfect Blend: Your ingredients for Success 10-15 years of experience in senior HR leadership, ideally within an international premium consumer goods / retail environment. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR practices across Germany (and ideally Austria/ Switzerland, Poland). Proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR operations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
