As Managing Director / Sales Manager – DACH, you will lead the market entry and rapid commercial expansion in the DACH region. This is a unique opportunity to build an entirely new category from the ground up: developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple channels, securing key partnerships, and driving brand visibility in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will operate with the support of advanced technology, a newly built production facility, strong financial backing, and a brand identity rooted in innovation and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For…
* Proven Commercial Leadership: Entrepreneurial builder with hands-on FMCG business development experience, ideally in convenience categories such as snacks, beverages, or ready meals.
* Strong DACH Network: Established relationships with leading retailers and food service providers across the region.
* Brand & Category Launch Expertise: Demonstrated success in launching or scaling new brands or categories in highly competitive markets, with a strong emphasis on new business development.
* Entrepreneurial, results-focused, and hands-on in developing new business opportunities.
* Agile and resilient, able to navigate ambiguity and execute swiftly in a start-up environment.
* Passionate about delivering innovative, healthy, and sustainable food solutions that meet evolving consumer needs.
* Skilled at building strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
