What you will do
1. Drive customer performance and satisfaction, with clear ownership of Customer Experience (CX) results.
2. Achieve financial targets for our main business lines within assigned customers/teams.
3. Drive improvements to secure profitable accounts/sales areas.
4. Support the Sales team through top-to-top management relationships, blending physical and digital work methods.
5. Maintain well-structured account plans with time-bound objectives, ensuring successful execution while enhancing customer communication by addressing gaps across touchpoints.
6. Guide and support preparation of customer interactions and meetings, internal and external.
7. Prioritise and Support in nurturing opportunities for customers.
8. Lead Generation / Opportunity Identification both Outside-In & Inside-Out, also by using tools, like Salesforce.
9. Monthly forecasting, for all businesses, to secure base material, production & financial planning.
10. Understand & comply with Tetra Pak's frameworks, while managing proper & timely documentation.
11. Collaborate as a business partner with Business Units Packaging, Processing, and Services.
12. Coach and provide on-the-job guidance and learning to direct reports and resources from other teams supporting the accounts.
13. Identify competence gaps in line with customer needs & ensure the development of the organisation, e.g. learning plan in place.
14. Demonstrate strong people leadership and contribute actively as part of the operational leadership team.
We believe you have
15. 8 years’ experience in mastering the art of Sales/Account Management incl. people responsibility.
16. Leadership capabilities in People/Account Team Management, crossing boundaries like it's second nature.
17. Excellent ability to handle cross-functional challenges.
18. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering
19. Proficient communication skills in German and English so you can seamlessly navigate the local and global landscapes.
20. Excellent social and commercial intelligence, presentation skills and be used applying digital tools.
21. A digital driven mindset to optimize and challenge processes.
