Responsibilities
* You will improve information security across all business units
* You will enhance the ISMS and support maturity assessments
* You will own GRC tasks, including creating & maintaining policies
* You will manage compliance topics (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, KRITIS, ISO27017, TISAX)
* You will collaborate with stakeholders such as engineers and technical leads
* You will oversee supplier / product evaluations and support audits
* You will contribute to data compliance and incident management
Required Skills
* You have C1+ German and C1+ English language skills
* You have 3+ years’ experience in information security and ISMS
* You have a broad technical understanding and knowledge of software development processes / risks
* You have knowledge of security standards such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, KRITIS, ISO27017 / 19, TISAX etc.
* You have cloud security knowledge (especially GCP)
* You are an independent worker
Desired Skills
* You have knowledge of GDPR
* You hold relevant certifications (e.g. CISM, ISO27001 LA, CIPM, etc.)
* You have experience with Terraform or other infrastructure tools
* You have people management experience
