The Finance Department reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of approximately 3,000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by safeguarding the Firm's books and records, contributing to firm-wide risk management, and maintaining relationships with industry and government regulators. It also serves as the conduit for financial information to the outside investment community. Finance plays a critical advisory role to Morgan Stanley's various businesses and senior management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the MSEHSE Group CFO and wider Finance management in divisional operations and strategy execution.
2. Coordinate divisional governance materials for executive and non-executive forums, including management and supervisory boards and committees.
3. Manage high-quality regulatory and compliance projects, workshops, information requests, and initiatives, including material compilation and gap analysis coordination.
4. Support engagement with the ECB and oversee regulatory communications and responses across the Division.
5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across divisions such as HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Firm Management.
6. Proven experience at a global financial institution, preferably in Finance or a control function.
7. Proven track record in a COO or business manager role at a large institution.
8. Ability to produce clear documentation for all levels, including executive and board presentations.
