Job Title: Account Management Specialist

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships in the West Germany market.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
* Manage and maintain existing customer contracts while identifying new business opportunities.
* Establish and build strong relationships with key decision makers and clients.
* Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to introduce and upsell our products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales success and revenue growth.

Requirements:

What We Are Looking For:
* A background in selling diagnostics products preferably with experience in molecular diagnostic product portfolios.
* Proven track record of achieving above and beyond sales targets consistently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
