Your seat to fill:
Own and optimize day-to-day operations of the CYBEX e-commerce shopDrive outbound performance together with our 3PL partners, using data and KPIs to continuously improve resultsCreate, maintain, and evolve reports and dashboards to ensure strong SLA performance and transparencyMonitor and manage operational costs, actively contributing to a healthy and sustainable D2C P&LAnalyze and improve return performance in collaboration with 3PL partnersAct as a key operational interface for the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Customer Service teamSupport end-to-end supply chain flows to and from retail stores, ensuring smooth and reliable replenishmentContribute to cross-functional projects and support successful project rolloutsContinuously improve, standardize, and document processes to support scalable growthYour stroll to CYBEX:
Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification (e.g. apprenticeship as a Business Clerk or in E-Commerce)Initial relevant experience in Operations, ideally within an international or fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills combined with a hands-on mindset and a structured, process-oriented way of workingConfident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functionsStrong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of process modelingWorking knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Core systems is an advantageFluent in English and proficient in German (minimum B2 level)CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
