(Senior) Specialist D2C Operations - Maternity Cover (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:
1. Own and optimize day-to-day operations of the CYBEX e-commerce shop
2. Drive outbound performance together with our 3PL partners, using data and KPIs to continuously improve results
3. Create, maintain, and evolve reports and dashboards to ensure strong SLA performance and transparency
4. Monitor and manage operational costs, actively contributing to a healthy and sustainable D2C P&L
5. Analyze and improve return performance in collaboration with 3PL partners
6. Act as a key operational interface for the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Customer Service team
7. Support end-to-end supply chain flows to and from retail stores, ensuring smooth and reliable replenishment
8. Contribute to cross-functional projects and support successful project rollouts
9. Continuously improve, standardize, and document processes to support scalable growth

10. Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification (e.g. apprenticeship as a Business Clerk or in E-Commerce)
11. Initial relevant experience in Operations, ideally within an international or fast-paced environment
12. Strong organizational skills combined with a hands-on mindset and a structured, process-oriented way of working
13. Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
14. Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of process modeling
15. Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Core systems is an advantage
16. Fluent in English and proficient in German (minimum B2 level)
