Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
* Support clients throughout the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly resolve complex customer issues and enhance the overall service experience.
* Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and travel offerings to deliver accurate information to customers.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English being a plus.
* Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality sectors.
